Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo is an American actor and author. Her first role was on the daytime soap operas One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later years had several supporting roles on primetime television. Andrea Navedo, an American actress and singer was who was born on the streets of The Bronx New York United States on the 10th of October 1977. Navedo's acting career began with soap operas. The actress starred on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. She joined in the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her debut in films with a minor performance as a minor character in Girl 6. She then made appearances for the first time in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo played with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. From 2001 until 2004 Navedo was a frequent character on the NBC Crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. He later appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages along with Blue Bloods. Navedo played a role in several films such as El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 and the year 2013. In 2013, she starred in the comedic film Superfast! The film that parodies The Fast and the Furious series premiered in 2015. Navedo's professional journey began in daytime soaps. From 1995 through 1997, she portrayed the character Linda Soto in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. Then in 1999 she joined the team of CBS soap opera Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. The film debut of her was in a small role on Girl 6 (1996). She then guest-starred on the episodes New York Undercover, The District and The District.
